Still Zod.The " cartoon " is Zod(or Dru-Zod) as he appeared in The Comics in which he was a brilliant but corrupt military scientist who tried to overthrow The Kryptonian Council & as in Superman:The Movie & Smallville ended up imprisoned(along with his followers)in The Phantom Zone on Jor-El`s suggestion.

Oh & did you know in The Comics , Zod went crazy(or crazier) after The Kryptonian Council stripped him of his position as head of The Military `cause they thought he was too soft on aliens(non-Kryptonian immigrants)?Yeah as long as you had the sense to kneel before him , Zod didn`t care what species ya were .
