I'm in merchant navy for the last 13 yrs and been sailing as a captain for the last 6 yrs now, from my experience I can say for sure that it happened because of human error..I'm sure because of insurance issues the company will stand by the statement of the captain,cos' if it got proved that it was an human error case company will end up losing a fortune in insurance payout...

@enomis9393 If this accident happened to an American Cruise line, that had American crew members the evacuation would have been handled more smoothly. Instead of the chaos that happened here. I also guarantee an American Captain would not have left four hours before the last passenger were rescued. And what is the deal with the missing, one day it is 75 the other 50. It is all over the place.
