When I fought this boss I found out if you get right up on him with pistols. Just close enough you will see he cant dodge as much as he normally does. You will have to get the distance but its real close and he doesn't seem to melee and if he does just roll.

This guy will die really fast if you get close to him and then just keep on shooting your gun he cant dodge as much then

It's not an MMORPG, of course you can play it offline, there's only 2player coop online.
