  • Good video John. I also do High Intensity Heavy Duty Mike Mentzer balls to the walls training and the results are amazing. I trained a friend of mine and he went from 200 lb leg presses to 450 lb leg presses in 2 months and thats training legs only once every 8 days. I myself next chest/back session will be doing 95 lb db's in each hand for DB Flyes pre-exhaust then immediately going for my DB Incline Presses with 65 lb. each hand. H.I.T!
