  • I love that quick little smile of Erik

  • Cannot watch and listen to this without saying I sometimes think that folk music served to entertain and take our minds off events of the day but also to remind us of our past and reflect who we were at the time. The Weavers and Pete Seeger did that and were popular in the mainstream music world a wonderful tribute to their talent.

  • I love the audience when Ronnie's part comes up... P.S for being I think in her late 70's here she still got it only one ronnie gilbert

  • RIP Lee Hays. The Father of the Weavers

  • I've still got the original 78 of this but this is fantastic. Thanks to whoever posted it

  • Pure musical integrity & brilliance. Love this band.

  • No one like Ronnie Gilbert!!

  • what year was this?

  • This clip is from the movie "Isn't this a Time?" It was filmed at Carnegie Hall in November 2003.

  • still fabulous all modern performers please take note

  • Great posting, thank you. Marvellous to hear them singing together again.

  • They've probably sang it 1000 times but this is a knock-out performance from these veterans. The audience response is as expected when Ronnei Gilbert begins her "Some say this world of trouble.." section.

  • Awesome. RESPECT!
