in my case if you hit the release and it doesn't switch off lockout quickly pushing down on the handelbars releases the lock.

not solved, about your text tips on video ... it's not a screw setting just a plastic piece for the wire.

place your remote at your left side, cut any excess cable housing, lubricate your cable, and make adjustment at your shox lever.

How do you solved it?
I actually have the same problem on a reba 29er.
cleaned, oiled, but still don't work.
Also changed wire.
Also gived half turn more to the coil spring inside....

@kennydsl In my example the wire leaving the pop-lock was sharply bent. Ive just turned it around the handlebar. Moving pop-lock to the left side would help even more. =]
