Every time I read the paper, watch the news, or on youtube,all I hear about is child abuse,pedophiles and other monsters hurting our children.Obviously the laws ad incarcerations are NOT working,the majority of these people are multiple offenders. The study released by the women and child development ministry says out of the 15,000 child respondents, 50.9 percent children were subjected to physical abuse by their mothers while 37.6 percent faced abuse from their fathers.
