@barco10001 im not sure 100% but i think you can only rotate it around... firstly i had no idea you could rotate it at all so i was like "3D graphics and no rotating? WTF?" then i found out randomly in these options and it worked (ps. dont remember properely but i think i turned it with the mouse wheel - press it and move the mouse left and right) but when i was turning the camera it didnt work to do it up and down... not sure about expansions - i played WC only and i dont think you could :/

Go search in Google, there's a file in Startup folder in Documents where you can change zoom in/out rate and camera pitch.

And to rotate building you have to download a mod, place in appropiate folder, then hold alt+mouse wheel to rotate building.

You can perhaps find it in Age of Empires III Heaven.

If you want musketeers, you can send the 10 Swedish Fusiliers card, it´s the closest you can get to the musketeers.
