  • Where can you purchase/or find a potential transformer like this?

  • this is the only thing that they know to do wit that traf. nowhere u see something else

  • Cool! I see it is from the "M" company - I own 9 very heavy 30kV PT's from this tschech republic manufacturer! Will send you photos if you send me your e-mailadres

  • right next to your car?!?!

  • Nice man :) Is that a voltmetric transformer?

  • @ArmaHighVoltage Thanks :-) yes it is a "measurement transformer" usually called a potential transformer.

  • @jmartis2 It looks like mine. Mine is a 100VA 24kV/100V. Yeah, 100VA... but I run it at 2kW (it has 2mm copper wire for the 100V secondary coil, and 0,7mm copper wire for the 24kV primary coil, all in class H!!!!). Now I'll probably take another pair of these :)

  • @ArmaHighVoltage This one is 700VA. I have no way of getting another one :-D

  • :o give me your PT!

Anyway, that is quite a bit of power! I wonder why your camera picks up so much interference. I guess it would have to be EMF, not E-field?

  • @triggerhappy77707 It is indeed electric field, I have no idea why it picks it up so much- I believe it did this less when it was new, maybe something got loose inside when it got hit.

  • WOW! that's a really high performance one, wher'd you get it?

  • You should give a barbecue.

  • Wow, nice arcing! Just curious, any idea of the voltage used?

  • thanks :) it was around 16kV and 220mA

  • Interesting how did you make that wand you could make a ghostbusters thing with that.!!!!!!

  • let's burn some wood! :D

  • haha nice one =D I really liked the part with the snowball :D

  • WOW!

  • WoW........cool......bbbrrrrrssssszzzzz...haha
