2 hours???? Mark, you can easily trace her silhouette with the pen tool, make the shape, select the layer by hitting cmd¨and clicking the thumbnail, then fill, details are perfect

Amazing tutorial on photoshop! i used to delete mask/layer using brush and endless clicking on the edges using 1px brush. The quick select helps!
