@marleynrs8 yes you're right it's better than 2004 or 2007. But u know before America invaded it in 2003 it was much much better (i'm talking about security) than it is now. Saddam was a beast and dictator (there are many of them in the world), and i have the most respect for all service members and wish them only the best, but fact is: America invaded Iraq for no other reason than money, power and oil and really messed that country up for decades to come... period.

@marleynrs8 well you aren't trillions of dollars in debt only because of the iraq war. the war just made it worse. and yes it was a brutal dictatorship, the people weren't completely free but the vast majority could live a normal life (without the fear of getting blown up on the way to work). Also they all had access to petroil and electricity, now the infrastructure is a desaster. and Saddam kept the Shiites and Sunnis from killing each other, USA couldn't do that either.
