This is why law enforcement has a saying, "You may beat the rap but you still have to take the ride". Any innocent citizen thrown into this horror will relate to this. Many times if the citizen is fortunate to be found not guilty, the monetary costs, the health costs will catch up sooner or later. See, criminals don't have any regard for the legal system, it means nothing. To the innocent citizen it is all that we have that separates us from hell. Beware the militarization of the police.

Clifford Clark has now had a stroke and was in ICU after brain surgery. His other trial dates were cancelled in October 2009 and moved to January 2010. He may have had the potentially fatal side effect of hypertension by serotonin syndrome from normal use of prescription meds. Such is the stress of an innocent person framed by crooked cops, prosecutors and judges who refuse to obey The Law. USA is DOA. The Revolutionary Civil War is now.

Most people dont appreciate the freedoms we take for granted in the States. The oppressor is the government and the cops who are out serving their local brand of justice and their private agenda. They also cut down the seconds for it to change from yellow to red from like 5 seconds to 3 or something. I have actually been caught offgaurd and had to skid to a stop (stopping in middle of intersection) and then had to back up to the line. Glad I didnt get a ticket anyways I was waiting for it in the mail...... hope you sued them, it's the only way to try to stop false charges, best of luck........

Its the same in the UK, the police can make your life hell for no apparent reason,other than an officer having a bad hair day, or a more sinister agenda.

Good luck to Clifford, and well done for beating their bogus charges!its a shame most other victims dont get that lucky,or cant afford a good lawyer to help them, and end up having their lives destroyed for no good reason.
