@FxPxSxHuStLa2 no dude youd be way to short for this bike im 5,8 and when im at a light im on my tip toes trying to balance the bike lol but you could get one and get a lowering link and extensions i just took mine off and am looking to sell them im putting them on ebay in a week
not having a muffler on a running engine will only hurt performance, and thats only a possiblity, it depends on what the engine is tuned for. the serious drag racers have open headers, but they also have some seriously jetted carburetors and very free flowing air intakes. its a triangled balance..consider air intake, fuel intake, and exhaust..all 3 must balance for optimal performance, and when you change one, you typically have to change the others, depending on how radical the change is.
Hey i have a 2000 kawasaki zx600r. were and how much will it cost me to get a good loud sounding slip on, and what brand should i get? i have been trying to get a slip on but they tell me they dont make them for my bike. can any one help me with some info.
I have the same Bike.... your engine te valve system is bad...... sound like diesel engine....

dsl951....only 2003 and younger models have fuel warning light...i have 2002 model and there no fuel warning light..

You know it's really really bad to have the engine on without any muffler. The lower amount of back pressure the worse it is for bike engines.
Aside from that, I got yoshi pipes too. Mine sound much more deeper than that for some reason.
