Yeah that intercooler is not good. The intercooler works by letting the box run extremely hot and then kicking in to cool it down. When it heats back up the process starts again. This can scorch your motherboard and cause rrod because of the repeated heating and cooling at a rapid rate.

hey im getting an xbox again but i am afraid the hdmi cord will effect the xbox cuz the las time i put the hdmi..after awile the dashbord had black lines and dots soo... will the slim have any effect with the hdmi cord?

@REVENTIION Those black lines and dots were most likely caused by the box itself so keep it in a nice cool area and it shouldt do that
