Freddy was the only horror movie villain who, as i remember, was able to be not only super-evil and ruthless, but also very cool ! I mean ... Jason was pretty much predictable, with every movie you knew what to expect ... just more murders and blood ( not that we were bothered much by it :-p ) ... Freddy on the other hand, had always new tricks and he was very creative and unique with the style of his murders :-p lol !
