  • WHY DO YOU SAY GOODBYE!!! GOODBYE

  • i know john was pissed cause this song was "A" side and his, i am the walrus was b sided, he said this song had no meaning at all to him. I read this a long time ago

  • What better song to make up with your estranged gfriend?

  • I find the remastered versions have pushed the stereo too far, having a whole instrument in just one ear gives one a headache and is not natural anyway (imagine you were listening to a band - you wouldn't hear the instrument in just one ear, even if it was on your left hand side). It's practically mono in one ear, not stereo.

Sometimes just because you can do something doesn't mean you should. These albums are a Fail by the sound engineers.

  • @murphe777 But the beatles are like this. And i love the music like this.

  • @murphe777 I completely agree with you, BUT, the stereo dymamics have NOT, to my knowledge, changed from the originals. They were always like this, with entire instruments on a single channel. This was common in the sixties. Personally I would have liked to see them remix everything like The Doors did when they remastered their material in 2007 (sounds AMAZING!) but George Martin stated in interviews that he wanted to preserve the integrity of The Beatles' original work.

  • @murphe777 Smoke a bowl and I promise you, you will be grateful for the effect. It's called panning. It can create cool coloration of the sounds, especially when you intend the music to be played aloud (not through headphones).

  • @murphe777 I think you are misunderstanding how technology back then worked. The stereo imaging you talk of was present in the original stereo mixes. The hard left and hard right are because of the four track reel to reels. Stereo back then was new, and a bit of a gimmick. Mono was king. Nothing was recorded with stereo in mind. You had channel left, 1-3 and right 2-4 to place something in the middle would have taken 2 tracks. When remastering, certain tracks would have been "locked"

  • tema magistral de THE BEATLES. lead singer PAUL, hace una gran interpretacion. tema 10 estrellas.
