advice is not good. 1st tip is, but rogaine is shit and will leave some men impotent. none of these tips addresses the dihydrotestosterone levels, which is what kills hair follicles. take saw palmetto, which blocks the dht from attacking follicles. hair stopped thinning a few months after starting it and haven't lons any in 2 years, haven't gained any either though.
