have one of those,, i say ,; throw her in trashbin and buy a better one like honeybee king or belt cp,,or if you have more money get trex clone or trex,, walkera is cheap chinese garbage and i havent seen a normal flight with 22e on you tube,,always fighting to keep flying too cheap and light even with all upgrades metal and carbon
Why can't you purchase replacement parts? It's been a long time so if you haven't found a solution by now I suppose you've given up and found a new hobby. Still it seems odd to me that this toy manufacturer does not sell replacement parts that you can order from the internet. especially with an item with so many moving parts that flys and crashes and is bound to break so people will need new parts.
you should see that the swash plate is aproximately level when the stick on the tx is in neutral position. Then un plug the main motor drive and check the pitch is going from neutral to positive on the main blades when you increase trottle. Well this is ovviously in short but if you look for a site that is called Walkera Bible it goes tru taking the head apart and refixing it step by step. Hope it helps your situation. Get some helpo from an experienced helicopter flyer. Cheers
Sorry to see you crashed. Check the "T-bar", out of the top of it there should be 2 small pins that go up into the fly bar holder on each side of it in the slots. If those pins are missing it will prevent you from getting any positive pitch to the blades. It is common that they break off when you crash the heli rotor blades hard like you did. I have more ideas if that don't work.

If you replaced all the broken parts and heli still won't lift up, check a little black screw on T shape holder and height of the holder. When screw looses, T shape holder moves (up) and there is no postive pith of blades.
