Here in Aus we have thousand of secondhand imported jap cars and plenty come in with "shiny" wheels.

Being so close we also have mag's and DVD's that visit small workshop's there (and big ones) go to cruises ect and see plenty of cars owned by normal japanese not big name workshops.

Like i said just go look at Volk (which is what i think these are), SSR, Work ect plenty of wheels are available polished or chromed.

Dude, all of these three cars look exactly the same. Regular look with minor decals and HUGE rims. REAL JDM cars don't have such HUGE rims that are chrome. My comp is being crap so i cant watch the vid properly so they arent exactly right but close enough so you can see that plenty of "jdm" cars use the same or very similar wheels.

R32 has Volk GT-C looking wheels. Heaps of top cars use them and Top Secret has them on plenty of its cars including sizes like 20".

S15 has some sorta Weld or Work looking wheel. Alot of them look similar but again you will get the idea. Used by plenty of drift cars in particular.
