Wow it looked like the car that hit him was chasing the car that just missed him cuz both of those cars were in the wrong lane.

This could be some kind of road rage incident that turned into a chase and ended up with a pedestrian who was jaywalking being struck.

And nobody did shit to help the pedestrian. Fuck who knew Hartford Conneticut was such a fucked up place?
