You should try whitening masks, my all time favorite are the silk whitia ones from sasa online, they're not too expensive but they're very effective. ^^

Cool! I use it twice to three times a week. It says that it can be used everyday, but I use it about every other day or so.

makeup base usually means primer, it goes on before the foundation to help the foundation last longer. Foundation is just regular liquid foundation
