I had an accound with NECC and I have disconnected my service in 2008.
But I have received invoice with amount of $0.61 today and they charge me Bill Processing Charge for $1.99 and total comes up $2.86 and the bill says if I won't pay before september 14th./2011 then they will charge another $4.99 So, anyone who wants to sign up with this company be aware of that so they won't robber you. Bacause that's what I call robbery.
