Well, Everything is written down.

And the wrestlers talk to each other during the match.

For example, Shawn Michaels could do a Sweet Chin Music and actually hit his chest instead of his chin. But they try to make it look like they hit the chin.

Also, he lets his oponent know that he's gonna do a certain move so they can anticipate to it. Like putting his head before his chest/chin to more or less block it so it does'nt do much pain. That's what "staged" is.

So although, yeah a sweet chin music will hurt it wont be from the initial kick it will be from the falling to the ground even though that too is planned out. The moves are planned to make pain as minimal as possible. Yeah, alot of the moves will hurt but it is hardly going to break a bone. That only happens when something goes wrong.

and they discussed wether wrestling is fake or not and "The Undertaker" said

it was'nt fake. Infact, it's as real as it can get. It's just staged. Wrestlers can still get hurt badly. So practically what i said. I mean, look at Owen Hart for example.

He died during a stunt so i believe that is 1 of the proofs that wrestling is definitly not fake.
