That's just it, there isn't the rest of the crew. The Office is shot in a single camera format, the same way Scrubs is shot. They only use one camera (or two for different angles of the same scene), a boom mic and the lights are put in where the cieling panels should be, as can be seen in the blooper reel.

So to answer your question, the rest of the crew isn't there. All you really need is the camera/boom operators, the director and maybe the writers on set to change the script as they shoot.
