I don't consider this to be a false SSJ transformation I'd put this in the possible LSSJ category. Since Broly's hair doesn't look the same as everyone elses in any of his forms (changing from blue to purple to greenish blond). It's better to assume that this is what Goku looks like in Legendary form especially since, like Broly, his pupils & irises disappear. This could also explain why Broly's the only one who is LSSJ it takes a constant rush of rage to stay one, but Goku snapped out of it.

Gohan sounds even more Gay than before, and doesn't lose his gay sound when it get to cell. In original, by the time cell appeared, Gohan sounded like an actual guy.
