Yuck to uncooked macaroni. I worked out 75 minutes today. My shoulders ache with muscle fatigue. Actually Zumba sounds like fun, but lots of work. Zumba would use different muscles and would cause new pain, I am sure! I can't walk and chew gum, and I don't dance, so it isn't for me! - roc
Some places under cook (al dente) their mag noodles. Zippy's is one place. Then there are some places (usually Korean places) that will so overcook their macaroni that it is mush in your mouth.
Glad you are enjoying your zumba classes and getting your hooha moving. If you break your hooha, I will stand here pointing at it and giggling though.
Yeah thunder just doesn't happen here.
Oh and I had to pump up the volume to full blast to hear this video for some reason?
@silverscreamgrl That was so undercook! I actually like Zippy's one. I really don't want to break a hip in Zumba. It is so much fun though. I am fixing the volume thingy. I am trying to hide a wierd sound in the background when I turn up the microphone.

Zumba is PURE Evil. LOL I tried it for less than a week and just gave up, maybe you'll have better luck. LOL It always seemed to go for faster than me, DAMN skinny people dancing, hahaha
