No, it seems to be a 3.0l NA flat 12 used in Ferrari-F1s from 1966 until 1980. Looking at the car I can see it´s the 1975 Ferrari of Lauda (#12) who became world champion in this year on this car and Regazzoni (#11), Ferrari won the constructors championship with this car 1975.
