  • AHHHH!!! LOVE 'EM!!!!!

  • THE GREATEST;.............PERIOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • The intro riff has pure creative genius behind it;....I swear Jimi Hendrix lives in Alex.

  • Geddy Lee's voice is awful in R30..

  • @bziakwfuckyou He's getting old. I don't know what the fuck you expect.

  • Ah this brings back memories. I was nine years old when I saw this tour. I remember losing my mind when Alex started playing that intro riff. Sends chills down my spine to this day.

  • I saw them play this on this tour in the UK amazing as per usual, just back from seeing them again this week Bliss :)

  • I can't thank my dad enough for introducing me to Rush

  • i love neil peart's druming all around but this song really shows a lot of his talent. hats off to geddy lee.

i seen a rescent video of the assembling of neils drums. i couldnt believe my eyes even when they first began, it started on his own twirling platform. he literally has all the bells and whistles on this set along with ac blowing on his hands so they dont get slippery wet with sweat and as well keeping himself cool because when you are the professor you have to be comfortable.

  • I saw them this past Sunday at Madison Square Garden-why they are not in the rock n roll Hall of Fame is beyond me!!! Ive seen a lot of concerts in my day, but this was one of the best Ive ever seen!!! And this is only three guys!!!

  • The Holy triumberant of Rock...

  • the one who disliked this video is just a fucking idiot... go and listen to Justin "Gay" BIeber asshole.

  • the picture/sound quality of this show is fantastic, thank you.

  • One of the best bands of all time, my dad brought me up on them and after 20 years they still never get old, no one should dislike this band they have the most original sound of almost any other band out there that's why they've been around this long this song and band kick major ass!!!!!!!

  • You old guys had it seriously, waaaaaay too good growing up!

  • Great quality video.

  • It's truly amazing that a 3 piece band can produce such unbelievable sound

  • perfect song to star the day

  • @islu1048 begin the concert with a friendly voice a companion unobtrusive

  • Just awesome, Totally awesome. I saw these guys when I was very young and they were not much older then me. I thought after hearing their music on the radio "Man they will never be able to play this stuff live" They were even better live. They played in one of the worst stadiums you can imagine and they sounded fantastic. True proffessionals and dedicated artists.

  • Thanks for this, didnt have to pay crazy ticket prices.......lol

  • @Axeman2006 if youve never seen Rush, see them. I felt like I ripped them off by only paying 40 bucks, theyre easily the best live act out there right now.

  • quality video

  • Reminds me of jizzing my pants on the Time Machine tour.

Never, ever, Never, touch this button (AWESOME SOUND)

  • 3:26 - 3:31 = !!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Look at all the devoted Rush fans. We are, because we're searching for precision and structure in our lives, a definite trajectory to follow. Rush is the answer, they give us form and function and steer us in a straight line without deities and superstition, as a human force. And goddamn, it feels good!

It's more than music. It's positive energy.

  • @jesuslessed Exactly...funny how many people who think that because they've never heard of Rush, that means that they're shit. How talented do you have to be before you're appreciated, for fuck sake?! I'm sick of arguing with idiots who try to discredit them. You have to be mainstream, middle of the road crap to get respected as a band

  • geddy lee > justin bieberfag

  • Rush > All todays music

  • RUSH is awesome!

  • the intro sounds a bit off-timing

  • @Ovningskora Thats the BEAUTY of RUSH!!!!!!

  • I'm impressed with what you did with camcorder footage. The various shots and all. That took some coordination.

  • me too. "after image" will be played at my funeral...

  • I ALWAYS seek RUSH for a ... well.... a .. rush! What a bloody band! Amazing. When I kick the bucket I want a song played by them at my funeral!

  • Geddy voice sounds a bit strained

  • @Marfach He is pushing 60...lol

  • @Hoogleish the story behind the washing machines is a wierd yet simple one, rush belives and suports the "simple man" alot..meaning they back the idea of an honests works pay, on every tour they have a diffrent prop that is a tool and sign of the working machine, here they had washing machines, on the snakes and arrows tour they used chickan rotisserie, also another explination for it is the idea that geddy doesnt use amps and needed somthing to fill the stage

  • @Nethogen07 does'nt use amp's ? what then DI straight into the dask me thinks

  • What is with the washing machines?

  • @Hoogleish Geddy runs his bass thru house the PA, so he finds something funny to fill his "amp space" with. Otherwise, it would just be a bunch of empty space. Also, he does it to make fun of Alex's hugh amps...haha. Each tour he does something ridiculous with his side of the stage.

  • i like too mush rush

neil peart you is the best of all

    drums players

  • all right

  • I took my then 11yr old son to see Rush on this the R30 tour.

He said to me "Daddy it sounds better than the record" and he strutted around in his Hawkwind T-shirt. A Hells Angel came up to me and said "You're bringing him up right!" ...and he was right!

  • AWESOME RUSH The best frikkin Progressive Rock band Ever

  • This is my favorite Rush song, and every Rush song is awesome!

  • They will rock forever...my 9 yr old daughter adores RUSH and my 6 yr old wants a drum kit for Christmas...my 5 yr old already messes w/my Jazz Bass

  • I try to never over dry anything it wears out your clothes. The exception would be jeans

  • I actually saw the "Permanant Waves" tour at the LA Coloseum in 1980. It was absolutely spectacular, and the guys have not lost a beat in 30 years.

  • First concert I attended without my parents in 1981. These guys absolutely kill it!! They have aged though, doing their laundry during the show?

  • Well when you're a rockstar there's no time for daily mundane tasks. On their current tour they're cooking their dinner while they play! =P

  • Actually, since Geddy Lee switched to newer, smaller stage amps he had a lot of extra space on stage. So he decided to use Maytag driers to occupy the excess space. They're usually filled with custom designed Rush T-shirts that they either throw into the audience during breaks or have audience members come up during breaks or solos to choose one. I think that's pretty clever. =)

  • jajaj cool dint know what were those dryers really for XP

  • hahahahaha i guess so.

  • this song was on the radio it woz the friday song 7:00 in the morning caught the end of it on the way to school awesome

  • Awesome Quality & Sound! Excellent Footage Thank You very much!!!!

  • watched last night, simply amazing.....

  • Why only 1500 views? This is awesome! Rush is the best ever, period.

  • Shhh, We don't want them to get too well known.

  • @glassonionman they got 500 other songs

  • Rock on the invisible airways of the radio!

  • Awright!
