@goru426 Interesting thought. However, if they came across illegally once, why would they not come accross illegally again? You cannot simply deport them because they commit crimes, get deported, and crosss again the next day. They effectively would have no consequence for committing crimes and therefore have no reservation about committing crimes at will. Needs to be harsher than deportation.
Keep the good, hard working illegal immigrants that are not on entitlements, send back the criminals to where they came from.

Well we have no choice, but to pass Federal immigration Reform.
But we have to be sure that we only keep the hard working immigrants, the criminals have to be deported.
If there are families in which the criminals are hiding, we have to deport those families too, unless they report the criminals to the Police!
I'm for immigration reform, but if you come to USA and commit crimes, you are not welcome and you will be deported!
