@muscleman20082009 I wasn't suggesting that you Tajiks should combine with Pakistan. I'm asking why haven't they all been separated? Another words, why isn't there a "Greater Tajikistan" combining lands from Afghanistan (Herat and other Tajik-dominated cities) and Tajikistan? Or a "Pashtunistan" which combines the NWFP of Pakistan (now called "Khyber Pakhtunkhwa") with the Pashtun regions of Afghanistan (i.e. Helmand and other cities of Pashtuns).

I have a question, since I'm not an Afghani. Pashtuns are split in Afghanistan and Pakistan, and Tajiks are split in Afghanistan and Tajikstan. Should Afghanistan, Pakistan, and Tajikistan all be re-partitioned to separate the Tajiks from the Pashtuns? I realize that both groups speak a similar Iranian language, and they both adhere to Sunni, but they don't seem to get along politically. I'm not trying to incite a flame war, by the way!
