@Jmoney5337 yeah. they have to have surveys and adds in order to suppor their sponsors. it's what keeps chacha free.

there are other add/survey free ones that you can use but you'll have to pay for them. and really when you think about it, paying isn't really worth it.

The survey is to get info about your phone, such as what you are using for ChaCha's knowledge so they can know your provider and send you w/e it is needed to be sent. Sometimes your info is helpful so us ChaCha guides know a little bit of info in advance to answer your questions better. The ads , when you are getting an answer are there to keep ChaCha free for you.

Chacha is 100% free. of course you may be charged for the text as if you texted a friend if you don't have unlimited texting. Chacha is MUCH better than KGB which charges $0.99 for a question.
