  • @ vidviewer401:

    Screw You.

  • Sieg Heil America

  • G.I JOOOOOOOOOEEEEEEE AMERRRIIICAAAN HEERRROOOOOOES G.I IS THEEEEEEEEERE G.I JOOOOOOOOOOE ROFL, The movie version of this theme is better. And for those who don't know what I mean, there actually was a cartoon G.I Joe movie, I still have it on tape lol, the theme at the end credits was as more intense version of the cartoons intro I'm assuming.

  • And what happened last week? they trotted out the joes to get osama. Shoulda done it back in '01

  • Awesome.

  • Loved the action figures, hated the cartoon!

  • Fuck America!

  • Am I the only asian that prefers American animation to Japanese anime?

  • @hivelocity100 I don't blame you, this was great stuff! but sadly we don't make good animation anymore :(

  • In my opinion thebest drawn cartoon, of course you have japan anime sur eit looks awesom but the feel from this is real not anime, that's the diffrence

  • Yeah... this was definetly my era

  • G.I hoza!!!!

    A real Mexican Hero

  • this is when gi joe kicked ass , b4 the stupid movie ruined it ...

  • GI Joe was always my toy of choice as a child- I had a shit load!

The one thing that always got on my nerves about the cartoon was the laser rifles! I mean, come on! Most of the figures came with standard automatic assault weapons, and then we get screwed with a cartoon with a bunch laser rifle using fagots.

  • this was one of my favorite cartoons. thanks for uploading =)

  • at 00:23 Snake eyes proceeds to shoot his XL-Rifle, but nothing comes out of it, lol.

  • Don't expect to see these cartoons being made ever again for kids these days. They are way too politically incorrect

  • wow..haha..so many memories...well, this shit entertained the hell outta me as a 6 yr old...i can't hate...but why did dude throw the dynamite, THEN shoot it in the air? ahhhh 80's nonviolent cartoons

  • this cartoon is full of crap, thousands of bullets shot and nobody getes hurt.

  • @alexnwo78 , this was a great cartoon one of the bet from the 80's as for no kills.....they had a No kill rule....blame the stuck up parents who didn't want their kids seening violence and killing on TV afraid they would be scared for life or some such BS.

  • Cool propaganda!

  • the movie was cool every bodies got to be a critic obama cool he just got cock blocking republicans stopping his every move the party of no lol well i like him u dig

  • use to like me a lot when i was kid!

too bad that is pure propaganda.....

  • I miss the old GI Joe and the old cartoons. I awnted to join the military so bad when I was kid watching this. Roadblock was the man!

  • Great Cartoon....These idiot kids need something like this to come back. This cartoon taught us to love our military and even join ( I did...Marines).All race's in this cartoon, the real America!!

To everyone out their who is 30 plus no matter where you grew up or what religion or race, Our generation was the last to have some of the good stuff.

    1.sports

    2.cartoons

    3.food

    4.schools

    5.childhoods

    6.music

    7.morals

The 80's and early 90's were incredible, these kids have shit today..its a shame

  • Damn right. Well said.

  • gi jose the real mexican hero

  • i still got some gi joe toys. i was 9-10 at this time.

  • odviously much better than the movie

  • Getting your finger slammed in a window was better than the movie

  • idunno man. although theres so much you can accomplish than watching it. a window? seriously does that hurt, mayby getting it slamed in a door, even worse if you get caught on the other side where the hinges are

  • Oh it hurts pretty bad, like watching the movie

  • hurts like Obama's health care bills and socialism

  • Stop it., you're hurting me.

  • raped with taxes and even bothered to take the fecal matter away.

  • LOL

  • @jeditwinz

Haha, yes. The live action movie was pathetic. =P

  • Yep, but because it made money they will more than likely make a sequel

  • ugh! i was forced to watch this "thing" thanks to my 'sitter. this is soooooo for

    boys.

    xcuse chanvinist remark xD

  • well how else is the army gonna recruit

  • la serie animada es mejor que la pelicula

  • I never got why Cobra bothered to fight the g.i.joe. In each episode they lost a huge cobra base. If they had so much cash why not just buy some land in Africa and become a country? lol

  • WoW!! I like what happens at 0.32-0.36

Is so radical hahaha neat!!, this is not goin to happen on cartoons today.

  • Had always wanted the COBRA Stealth fighter but my sep parents didn't like the violance of the show so never got one. Joined the US ARMY in 88 and became a real G.I. Joe.

  • I'm 23 and I still watch GI Joe and read the comics. Being a tomboy, not only did I play with GI Joe, but my Barbies always dated either them or Hulk Hogan (rather than that pussie Ken.)

  • awesome! thanks for sharing. Barbie would have been a giant amazon compared to those little GI Joes!

  • Wait, they can say "Deathstroke" in this show, but can't say "Deathstroke" in Teen Titans?

  • what do you mean?

  • One of the villains is named "Slade" in the show Teen Titans, but his comicbook name is "Deathstroke". They used the name Slade because they can't say Death in cartoons they said.

  • I think you mean "Destro" for G. I. Joe.

  • Oh, maybe I'm wrong

  • The era of supporting Osama Bin Laden, Saddam Hussain and Manuel Noreaga America has a lot too look back on and be proud of.

  • G.I. Joe was one of the best cartoons out there. Have you guys heard about the G.I Joe movie coming out? How much do you wanna bet that it's gonna bomb? Anyway, I've been looking to download this cartoon. Does anyone know if it's available on DVD? If it is then it'll be available on Torrent sites.

  • There are a few movies out there on DVD. And yes, with a bit of looking around I'm sure you can get them all from torrent sites. Perhaps even the entire series. I'm sure someone saved the tapes for ages, digitised them and then uploaded them. :D

  • This was the Reagon's era and the 1880s. Where being a proud American was the norm and American Nationalism was at it's height. The economy was robust and growing and the action figure manufactures and toy creators were creating cartoons better than their toys - and the toys were made of solid rock hard metal, die cast, and not some cheap plastic.

    (Breaths air in)

God. The 80s is when we had original ideas. When was our last original idea... The Matrix?

  • Yeh, I used to kick the piss out of my kid brother with the "Rattler"...remember that one?

  • yeah, the A_10 with the engines on the wings. I always wanted a Skystriker. had a SHARC, had the X-29 conquest, & had the Raven.

  • @BoydofZINJ Sorry the 2000s were superior in everyway imaginable.. Even action figures...do your research right....

  • @633336 if the year 2000s were so supperior why is the entertainment buisness using 1980 cartoons for the basis of multi million dollar movies? Transformers were not invented in the 2000s... Mainstream America found them in the 80s. The actor used to voice Optimus Prime in the movie was selected because of his voice in the toons. The GI JOE Movie (even though it flopped) mostly came from this cartoon - even though some of the toy line was pre-80s. Thundercats, Star Wars (the good ones), etc

  • @BoydofZINJ Mcfarlane's toys? Hello? Those are STUNNING....just type "mcfalane toys" in google images and begin to salivate. I would have to agree with you to a degree: The 80s were amazing for cartoons, and also the 90s too. I think personally, that the 90s were the best for cartoons and probably television in general. Exo squad, c.o.p.s.,TMNT, x-men, batman tas (!)... but 80s had good stuff like transformers (i think they had a few seasons in 90s) and he-man, and gi joe was "good"

  • @BoydofZINJ even tht movie couldnt hold a candle to this cartoon :P

  • All the Gi Joe villains wear tights...hmmmm

  • Anti-Communist propoganda TThey make Cobra this vauge faceless threat.

  • Yes, communists are terrible. They are just as bad as hippies. I mean, communism works so well after all.

  • Too bad the movie is gonna be all politically-correct and shit on our childhood memories :(

  • yeah it's gonna be a U.N. force. that sucks! the U.N. is the biggest evil on earth.

  • AGREED!

  • I wouldn't say it's evil; it's just really, really, REALLY incompetent.

  • well let's see, the U.N. took oil vouchers from Saddam so he could buy weapons when they were suppost to be making sure he couldn't make war on others, thus causing operation Iraqi freedom. In Africa U.N. officials kidnap & rape young children in refugee camps. if that isn't evil, what is?

  • Gosh, the UN is so evil it must be the product of some really evil people/nation. It's weird, though, because I can see its headquarters from my roof here in New York. Who created such a wicked organization? And why is it here in our sacred country? We should find out who came up with that sick idea of the UN and just nuke their entire country right off the map! Stick that evil United Nations idea right up their ass. Any leads on who came up with it or organized it? Let's get 'em! Go America!

  • WTF is wrong with you people! It's just a cartoon. A FUCKING CARTOON!!! You people need help.

  • No you need help. Life is too short to be insulting and rude to others. Have some fun and enjoy life like the rest of us eh?

  • GOOOO JOOOO!!!!!!

  • um......... its Yo Joe!!!

  • ah the sweet memories :)

  • lol i didn't like gijoe because it's about war and soldiers. And as kids we knew that war was different in reality on the newschannel.

    But the toyline is great!

  • Aren't you supposed to be hugging a tree?

  • Nicely said XD

  • If only i could turn back time.

I can still hear my sisters laughing when i was fighting cobra in the bathtub with my G.I Joe action figures.

  • una de las mejores caricaturas que han existido xD

  • This show was the shit. When was the last time you saw Optimus Prime do a public safety announcement?

  • More like Ronald Reagan, let's go kick some Commie Sandinista ass.

  • George Bush's favorite show was Pinky and Perky, and it shows.

  • Never heard of that, but I have heard of Pinky and Brain.

  • HAHAHAHA Right!!

  • OMG BEST SHOW EVER

  • GI Joe and Captain America Forever! America Owns! I miss the good ol' days when it was ok to be a patriot and TV heroes could carry guns and blow junk up!

  • fuck hahaha

  • Damn Right!

  • I loved this show and i loved the movie :)

  • They're coming out with a movie? Good,it deserves a shot after all the military flicks we've seen. YO JOE!

  • I remember this show! it was great!! it used to come in power-zone section of cartoon network, along with centurions, swat cats, ninja roberts,etc....never missed an ep

  • nice

can you remember the episode he kills 10 iraqies with one shot

    i loved him

  • I hate to inform all of you, but GI Joe was shooting lasers at each other from the very first episode.

Not only that, but no matter the destruction, no one ever died. They went through more parachutes per episode than the allies did in all of WWII.

GIJoe and most other 80's cartoons are watered-down, sanitized garbage. Actually watch an episode of it today, and see if you don't go into a diabetic coma.

Give me Gargoyles, Batman:TAS, Exo-Squad and the other 90's cartoons any day of the week.

  • So what, if nobody dies. The A-team shot everything to pieces but never killed anyone. And that show kicked ass. It's just that GI Joe is a cartoon, so it needs to be somewhat sanitized. I think that people enjoy explosions more than blood, and that is what this show gives. If you want a sanitized cartoon, watch the Robocop cartoon by Marvel. Verhooven's movie could be deemed as one of the most violent movies ever, very much in contrast to the cartoon.

  • Cartoons of the nineties are the best one made, so far.

  • there is a new movie comin out

  • I Can't wait for the Live-Action movie coming out in 2009 starring Mark Wahlberg.

  • so I guess thats two reasons.

  • The only reason this cartoon is no longer on t.v. is that these people moving to U.S.A. from other countries think it is offensive. It has nothing to do with being old. And also those fruit cake fags that censor everything.

  • Cobra was the best because they challenged the government. Plus, cobra had all the cool characters like storm shadow.

  • What are you? Fascist?

  • Wish you could watch FULL-LENGTH hi-res quality EPISODES of your favorite 80's cartoons and not just the opening credits? Now you can! Just Google: "Nostalgia Manila" and you'll find the blog. Now playing FULL-LENGTH episodes of: Thundercats, The New Adventures of Batman, Silverhawks, The Smurfs, and Classic Looney Tunes Favorites Merrie Melodies!

  • This is when their was American pride. Those were the days!

  • It's just a fucking cartoon. You need help.

  • And, I bet you were watching Rainbow Bright. Grow a pair.

  • Takes me back. Run home from school, get the jumk food ready, Voltron then Super Friends then Transformers then GI JOE. That was a televisison lineup.

  • Our military forces arn't G.I. Joe by a long shot. We need a counter-terrorist team like G.I. Joe. Hell, George W. needs to start one and call it G.I. Joe and whip terrorisms ass at home and abroad. Stop pussyfooting around and make it happen.

  • Ah yes, GI joe before they got all kid friendly and started shooting gay lasers instead of bullets

Give me Gargoyles, Batman:TAS, Exo-Squad and the other 90's cartoons any day of the

  • yeh. Gargoyles ftw

  • G.I. Joe explains Bush's foreign policy. He probably has the whole collection in the white house!

  • It wouldn't surprise me if G.I. Joe formed the basis of his foreign policy of the past eight years.

  • Great way representing your party. Bringing politics into a forum about a cartoon. Go you. I bet you think video games cause violence. But, then again, you're a moron.

  • LMAO!!!!

Now THAT is funny! I could see it too .. but nonetheless... that was funny!

  • lol

  • Our Military are G.I.JOE and Bin laden is cobra himself

  • And then people wonder why America fight...

  • Amen

  • yay!

  • duke didn't die in the movie, he was in a coma. he woke up in the end

  • I think this is the commercial that was made to promote the comic book and ended up inspiring the creation of the actual Saturday morning cartoon. The Comic book was different and WAY better.

  • Loved GI Joe when I was a kid. I've watched some rerun episodes of it on tv recently.

  • Duke died in the movie.

  • These were the most epic toys ever, second to transformers. The aircraft, tanks, man there was everything. Even a aircraft carrier.

From what i remember no one ever died.

  • yea bush and his buddies oh damn u mean bin laden

  • A ruthless terrorist organization determined to rule the world huh? Sounds familiar...

  • The Terrorist have infultrated Cobra!!! NOOOOOOO!!!!

  • I love this show. Heck, it makes me feel patriotic about America..and I'm european!
