Being a former paratrooper I use to jump from these aircraft they were better jumping from than the C-130's and other aircraft that the Military had at the time back in the early 70's. Sad ending for this aircraft or maybe they can up grade the aircraft they do other's.

I agree totally. They all love to hear themselves talk! My other pet peeve is when they blast the music during a demo, drowning out all the great sound from the aircraft.

RIP C-141 Great aircraft it was but now it as been replace with a even greater aircraft which is the C-17 Globemaster III

I flew on one of these years ago that was packed with a gazillion people. We were so packed we were scrunched shoulder to shoulder and knee to knee.
