I don't trust polls because how often do they have an even number of Republicans, Democrats and Independents. Not often. I've seen polls where it is 70-some percent democrats to 20-some republicans. (The numbers vary highly But I notice all have the majority as democrats.

Obama is a constitutional law scholar. He actually taught the constitution at the University level. The president swears to "protect and defend the constitution"...not the party line...as has been the case for the last 7+ years. Also he was a brilliant student, having been the editor of the Harvard Law Review...an honor given to only the most brilliant minds at one of the toughest schools in the world. I don't want another C student running the country.
