  • @FaidleyEthan

LOL!! I KNEW you were just a High-Schooler!!! Come back in twenty years or so when you get to be my age.

"Rec" would be the abreviation for "Rectum", not "Ret". You probably failed your English Grammar test, right? ("Your" is always possesive, "you're" means "you are".)

"[D]oesn't mean that it still dont mean"....WHAT the heck does THAT mean?!?!? BTW a "sqiud" is not a mythological creature. And thank you for posting that my posts ARE correct. Class dismissed.

  • @FaidleyEthan

Thank you for once again proving that, even if you do graduate, you are still in Junior High mentally.

  • @FaidleyEthan Is your mom sterile? Does she like short guys , NEAR SIGHTED AND RECEDING HAIRLINES, LIKE HER DAD?

  • everyone can see that Retsquid is an obsessive compulsive frat boy living in his parents basement eating hoagies and has no life other than commenting on a youtube page, so everyone just humor him and let him get the last word in and eventually he'll shut the hell up when his Mommy tells him his dinner's ready.

  • @FaidleyEthan

LOL!! Go research what my name means, goof.

  • I asked my dad and even though theirs no law you still have to pay the income tax, unless of course we got about 33% of America's population to rebel in which we could overthrow the income tax, but otherwise one man who is against it still has to pay - sucks though, I'm moving to Scotland.

  • @FaidleyEthan

Show your dad Title 26 Section 1. He needs to be educated.

  • @RetSquid Your a Dumbass.

  • @FaidleyEthan

    That would be "You're"...

  • does Europe have this problem?

  • not to mention 51% of income tax goes towards our military in funding terrorism to the innocent iraqis.

  • @FaidleyEthan

LOL!!! Go look up the definition of "terrorism".

  • @RetSquid I know what terrorism means i know what it means and it means what i know, a governmental terrorism 100%

  • @FaidleyEthan

You sound like Horton, but unless you are using Robespierre's definition, you are wrong.

"The term “terrorism” means premeditated, politically motivated violence perpetrated against noncombatant targets by subnational groups or clandestine agents" - Title 22

  • @RetSquid exactly, only your looking at it from the wrong angle. the US government is the terrorist and the iraquis are being terrorized

  • @FaidleyEthan

You didn't read that definition did you? By definition, Governments CAN'T BE terrorists.

  • @RetSquid maybe that's cause the US government wrote the dictionary so maybe you should take a look at the Arabic dictionary.

  • @FaidleyEthan

I'm not speaking Arabic, so that wouldn't matter now would it?

  • @RetSquid yes it matters. I can't tell you exactly how it matters but it definetely does matter, and don't make me break out another Dr. Seuss book.

  • @FaidleyEthan

    Go away, Troll.

  • @RetSquid Don't call me a troll you pixie

  • @FaidleyEthan

Kinda funny, but still very trollish.

  • @RetSquid you reply without stopping, you reply without reason, you reply without flopping or bopping til the end of the season

  • @FaidleyEthan

Why do you talk about yourself like this?

  • @RetSquid Lets not fight we're not enemies. The income tax is

  • @FaidleyEthan

    Then stop lying.

  • @RetSquid YOU SHUT UP AND QUIT REPLYING TO ME YOU PIXIE!

  • @FaidleyEthan

    Stop posting lies.

  • @RetSquid If you reply to this message than you are a dumbass.

  • @FaidleyEthan

    You replied.

  • The IRS. Another reason not to have children.

  • what dumb ass world to you live in where someone claims there the the tax is unconstitutional and then says there is no law enforcing the income tax and you don't know of this little thing called The Sixteenth Amendment to the Constitution of the United States of America? it reads "The Congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes, from whatever source derived, without apportionment... ". Only a dumb ass believes thing because someone say them in a serious tone. Google first.

  • I am commenting on all videos on youtube. IT SHALL BE LEGENDARY!

  • @dothebedn

    How fast can you type?

  • @RetSquid quite fast.

  • @dothebedn

Well, at 100,000 videos a day you need to be! :)

  • @RetSquid oh yes I will. muah ha ha!

  • TRUTH SEEKERS VIEW:

"" Quantitative Easing Explained "" YouTube

    OVER 2.5 MILLION VIEWS!!!!

  • Instead of going through Congress, the federal reserve is going to print money out of thin air backed by NOTHING and give it directly to the banks. CHARGE THE U.S. CITIZENS INTEREST PLUS THE DEBT.

To be more precise, the federal reserve is going to use a procedure known as “quantitative easing”.

  • zentner18 and retsquid

you two are some piece of work. Nothing but [[[[ DOUBLE TALK ]]]] ( meaningless speach ). Keep it up to prove my point for all to see, over and over and over again.

  • @quill6211

Naw, we'll just keep posting the truth to show everyone that your comments are stupid.

  • @RetSquid

You just proved my point again.

    keep it up!

  • @quill6211

Keep going, everyone with an IQ is laughing at you!

  • @RetSquid

    YET AGAIN. LOL

  • @RetSquid

And we all know what a reliable source WIKIPEDIA is. LOL, LOL

  • @quill6211

I'm suprised you can even use the word 'reliable', it doesn't fit in your vocabulary.

If you have anything to prove me wrong you would have done so, I guess this is just a continuation of your other mis-informed / lying posts.

  • @RetSquid

    [[ DOUBLE TALK!!!! ]]

Keep it up you are really comical anymore . I cant stop laughing at you LOL, LOL, LOL, LOL... Everyone can see it you are quite the CLOWN go join a CIRCUS.

  • @quill6211

so, you can prove anything and will continue to spam your B.S.....Typical...

  • @RetSquid

    LOL, Your a laughing-stock.

  • @quill6211

That would be "YOU'RE" not "your". Please continue.... :)

  • @RetSquid

OK, excuse me." YOU'RE " A LAUGHING STOCK DOUBLE TALK!!

    :~()

  • @quill6211

I'm here all night. When are you going to post something that actually makes sense and supports any of your claims?

  • @RetSquid

The only place you are is in DENIAL. The -GIG is up, either join or go down in flames with the sinking burning ship. The choice is yours for the mean time, but you're time of choosing is running out. Soon it will be chose for you.

  • @quill6211

LOL You really are delusional aren't you? How about you post a single thing to support your moronic views?

  • @RetSquid(DOUBLE TALK)

You posted;"The Federal Reserve does not print any money, only the Treasury can do that."

When in all reality on every $1 billion that the Federal Reserve receives in bonds from the government, the Federal Reserve Bank creates another $15 billion in new credit. This creates money out of nothing by writing numbers in their ledger books, and then giving loans to the American people with INTEREST.

federal reserve notes PRINTED (FIGURATIVELY) OUT OF THIN AIR.

  • @quill6211

Thank you for admitting you were WRONG!

  • @RetSquid

Everyone knows you get your WACKY ideas from copying and pasting from WIKIPEDIA.

  • @RetSquid

You will have to change your name retsquid and go into hiding the game is coming to an end. You are in DENIAL. " refusal to admit the truth or reality. "

  • @quill6211

No thanks, I still be here when you slink away after having been slapped around by me. How about you try and prove one of your points instead of continuing your ad hominem attacks? I bet you can't do it.

  • Funny how everyone takes the first part of Fox's quote and stops. He goes on to say, "And nonetheless, I think it's fair to say that it is part of the constitution of the United States and I don't think any court would ever … set it aside."

  • @zentner18 There are about 5 million people in the US who earn money but don't pay taxes. Don't ask me how. You have to do your own research or the court will eat you up. Good luck. Over and out. I went to Federal IRS Court with a jury and I won. The jury asked for a copy of the law. The jury never got a copy of the law....INNOCENT, I WENT HOME AND NEVER FILED WITH THE IRS AGAIN.

  • @xmenrus If you went to a jury, then a decision was entered via a judge. Please provide the case that shows you were in front of a jury and found not guilty.

  • @zentner18 I don't feel I need to prove anything to an electronic wave on a screen. You wan't everything done for you because you are lazy and dense. I studied for 8 years and what I know is for me. I can't do it for you. It won't work for you because it will never be yours until you want to do it. Until then you remain a slave to the Federal Mafia. Now go away. I am deleting any other correspondence from 'denseville.'

  • @xmenrus

If you can't prove it, it never happened.

  • @xmenrus Except that you make claims you can't back up. You prove time and again that you do not understand what you say. All of you tax protestors want to say, "Show me the law." and that the IRS won't give it to you. But when you asked to back up your own statements, you either can't or won't do so. This only goes to show that you know nothing about what you say.

  • @xmenrus

There are TONS of people who don't PAY incomes tax because they don't have enough income. There are also tons that don't file because they are not required to, like children. And then there are the cheats and crooks that don't file.

  • THEN WHY IS WESLEY SNIPES GOING TO JAIL!

    SOMEONE TELL ME WHY!!!

IF YOU DON"T HAVE TO PAY TAXES!!!

WHY IS WESLEY SNIPES GOING TO JAIL!

YOUR ALL LYING TO PEOPLE CAUSING PEOPLE TO END UP IN JAIL!

    LYING BASTERDS!

  • @aarongabbard Snipes is going to jail because he 'contracted' with the IRS. As soon as you CONTRACT you accept the courst jurisdiction and then you are 'F__CK.ED'!

His other mistkake was that I'm sure he got an attorney to represent him. All attornys are OFFICERS OF THE COURT--THEY WORK FOR THE COURT. Their first alligence is to the COURT. Why would you hire someone who works for the court to defend you right into JAIL? LOL!! Get the facts and go to court 'PRO SE' as your own atty.

  • @xmenrus Learn the RULES that courts operate under. Then you can beat them because they love to break the rules assuming you don't know SHITE. Most prisoners are in jail because they VOLUNTEERED. For starters you have to know the diference between a legal fiction and YOU. All court charges are under the name of the legal fiction NOT YOU! You need to study because they dont teach this in school.

  • @xmenrus Wow and Here i was thinking it was because he was Black and Had Money. Finally someone gives me a good explanation, seems like your the only person on the internet with an answer.

You would think he would have had better brains than that I was so Looking forward to a BLADE 4 now that may never happen because of a corrupted American government hell bent on making examples of Celebrities.

Poor Snipes he is one hell of an actor :( Its sad really

  • I agree the IRS is legal when it taxes personal labor. The US Supreme Court has said so 3 times between 1916 and 1932. I've heard Senator Reid say it is a 'volountary' tax. But Federal jails have their share on people who righfully refused to pay taxes on their personal labor. I heard the chief legal counsel for the IRS say on a show, "Nothing can help you." His face changed when he said that. It was like a threat.

  • @xmenrus Sorry I meant to say, "IRS is illegal when it taxes personal labor."

  • .S. Code

    TITLE 28—JUDICIARY AND JUDICIAL PROCEDURE

    § 3002. Definitions

    15) ‘‘United States’’ means—

    (A) a Federal corporation;

If you can grasp this fact, you can be free, then demand that your Congressman vote to abolish this corporation, then the IRS and all the other corrupt Agencies will go with it. This is how you can free this nation with one vote. The US Code has no Authority outside of the District of Columbia and its' territories, yes you are FREE!.

  • @tarotimes

Why don't you post the rest of that definition?

  • @tarotimes Yes it's true. I looked it up in the US Code. But what can we do when 99.5% of the people are living in the matrix. Also note that courts operate under Admiralty Law. See the courts US Flag has a Gold Fringe. That is the Admiralty Flag and got the Flag of the US Republic. Courts work with UCC Law or contract law. When in court the defendatnts name is called out and he respond to the NAME immediately the defendant has contracted with the Judge and court.

  • @xmenrus I did not knowingly agree to any contract with the Corporation when i was born...somebody spoke for me and thats not OK with me....If the district of Columbia is not part of the US of A then they're Laws cannot stand..why should layers run the show...they're language is not mine..i don't care what they have to say.

  • @tarotimes I agree with you, but The Federal Mafia makes offers one an't refuse since they control the courts, the police, and the prison system. They can pin a felony rap and serve only a year or two. But now with a felony on the record you can't get a real job. When you take away a man's right to work it's like killing himl. What to do?

  • @xmenrus

"Even were Mr. McCann to prove that yellow fringe or a flagpole eagle converted the state court's United States flag to a maritime flag of war, the Court cannot fathom how the display of a maritime war flag could limit the state court's jurisdiction to take his child away from him. Jurisdiction is a matter of law, statute, and constitution, not a child's game wherein one's power is magnified or diminished by the display of some magic talisman."

    McCANN v. GREENWAY

  • @RetSquid What law are you talking about: Common Law, Constitutional Law, UCC-1 law? You'll need to clarify with the Judge when you get into court. Don't hire and apttorney to represent you. They are officials of the court hence they work for the court. Before you go PRO SE (reperesent your self) you need to learn the RULES of the Court. You win and lose by knowing the rules. Prosecutors and Judges will lie unless you know the rules enough to OBJECT when they stray. Statutes are not law.

  • @xmenrus

Statutes are laws. Where do you guys get these unsubstantiated BS claims?

  • @RetSquid Codes, statures are not laws. They have the color of law. They are all corporate rules and contract law contray to common law and Constitutional law. But you have to do your home work. I can't do it for you. You have to know this stuff cold or the courts will eat you up.

  • @xmenrus

Why don't you look these things up?

Statute [sta-chüt] n 1 : a law enacted by the legislative branch of a government.

Code n 1 : a systematic compilation or revision of law or legal principles that is arranged esp. by subject.

    NEXT!!!

  • @RetSquid You are looking in the dictionary, stupid. You have to go to BLACK'S LAW. Damn but you are dumb. They shouldn't allow people like you to vote!

  • @xmenrus

LOL!! So I need to spend hundreds of dollars to go to Black's and find that same thing I posted here?

Just admit you were wrong and that you DON'T know the definitions of "Statues" "laws" or "Codes".

Lucky for people like me we don't live in wackyland like you seem to. I bet you think the Common law is the highest law in the land.

  • @RetSquid Don't want to spend a little money to educate yourself about the crooks in black robes? Fine! Continue to get screwed by the FEDERAL MAFIA. I'm totally imporsonal about you. Continue being a slave. I'ts a personal choice.

  • @xmenrus

You keep reading things into laws that are not there, not in any reputable law dictionary. It is only your opinion that statutes and codes are not laws, it has no basis in reality.

  • @xmenrus RetSquid is right. Federal statutes which deal with legal matters are grouped together in codes. There are also statutes which are not codified. Despite their apparent permanence, codes are constantly being amended by legislative bodies. Some codes are administrative and have the force of law even though they were created and adopted by regulatory agencies and are not actually statutes or laws.

  • @zentner18 All 50 states and the United States are coporations. Codes and Statutes are corporate rules. Note if you have received court papers your name is in ALL CAPS. This is a legal fiction, a corportion with your name. Courts today hang the Maritime Flag and the the Flag of the Republic. That is because the courts us UCC-1 law, maritime law which goes back to the ancient Roman Law. UCC law is international law.

  • @xmenrus Continued: All countries recognize Maritime Law as they must or be osticised from the world of international trade. It's all about Contract Law. When the judge calls one's name, the corportate fiction and you stand up..one just contracted with the court and you are now responsible for the corporate fiction. You VOLUNTERED.

  • @xmenrus Jaeger v. Dubuque County (ND Iowa 1995) 880 F.Supp 640 at 643 "The court finds Jaeger’s arguments concerning capitalization otherwise specious. The court routinely capitalizes the names of all parties before this court in all matters, civil and criminal, without any regard to their corporate or individual status..."; crank's reference to a law dictionary's definition of "capitalize" -- as a financial term -- was completely misdirected)

  • @zentner18 Why is your driver's license capitalized, Social Security Card, Birth Certifiate, auto registration. The State Corporation, and their courts and the police who are corporate employees; none of these can contract with a blood and flesh soverign being. But if 'they' can get you to contract with them as an agent for the corporate fiction then you accept the judgements of the law. The courts have no control over you unless you contract with them as the fictional being.

  • @xmenrus Typically they are capitalized for the simple fact of readablility and so that the spelling is made clear and not confused with other letters. Also, back in the day of the first machines for typing, only capital letters were used in order to save space. Being capitalized has no bearing. Please show me a legal decision that states otherwise to show if I am wrong.

  • @zentner18 If you want to know YOU DO THE WORK.

  • @xmenrus Well, since I have read that particular section and found that it doesn't have anything to do with what you are trying to say, I was hoping you would be able to clarify. Since you can't, I can only assume that you have no idea and are just repeating some false ideas.

  • @xmenrus Stoecklin v. US (MD Fla unpub 12/8/97); claimed that name on indictment is not him but a "fictitious" person because all-caps, "this contention is baseless."

  • @xmenrus Option to Accelerate at Will doesn't really seem to apply with what you are talking about. Care to explain your point?

  • @zentner18 Sorry, UCC 1-308.Performance or Acceptance Under Reservation of Rights. " A party that with explicit reservation of rights performs or promises performance or assents to performance in a manner demanded or offered by the other party does not thereby prejudice the rights reserved. Such words as "without prejudice," "under protest," or the like are sufficient."

  • @xmenrus

Capital letters have ZERO legal meaning. If you have anything to back up your claim that it does, please post it. The rest of your post is just as meaningless.

  • @xmenrus

Sorry, but the U.S. has no "Maritime flag".

  • @RetSquid It's the US Flag with a gold fringe. Also called, "Admiralty Flag."

  • @xmenrus

The gold fringe is an adornment and is not part of the flag. There is no such thing as an 'Admiralty Flag', we have never even HAD an Admiralty to have a flag of.

Anything else you want slapped down?

  • "To think that a fringed flag adorning the courtroom somehow limits this Court's jurisdiction is frivolous. See Vella v. McCammon, 671 F.Supp. 1128, 1129 (S.D.Tex.1987) (describing petitioner's claim that court lacked jurisdiction because flag was fringed as "without merit" and "totally frivolous"). Unfortunately for Defendant Greenstreet, decor is not a determinant for jurisdiction.

    UNITED STATES of America, v. Gale E. GREENSTREET 912 F.Supp. 224

  • @xmenrus A federal or state written law enacted by the Congress or state legislature, respectively. Local statutes or laws are usually called "ordinances." Also, you told him he was looking in the dictionary and had to look in Black's Law... that IS a dictionary!!

  • @tarotimes

Yep, and income tax is full Constitutional, just as Lincon would have told youback then....when he advocated the first income tax.

  • @RetSquid The people are the masters of both Congress and the courts...but to overthrow the men and women who pervert it !

  • @tarotimes

Yes, the People, with the ballot box, not you with crazy ideas, are the masters.

  • @RetSquid Nothing wrong with paying taxes..if it's done right.

  • @tarotimes Only if apportioned as dictated by the Constitution, not the US Code, which has no authority outside of the District of Columbia unless you give them the authority. propertyrightsnow@yahoo.com

  • @propertyrightsnow

Where did you get the crazy idea that the U.S. Code doesn't apply is the U.S.?

  • @RetSquid LMAO....you crack me up goverment worker.....I don't mind paying Taxes if it's done right....but it's set up too keep everybody down....( Poor ) ...what are you all scared of ? Slavery is suppost to be against your laws . LOL.

  • @tarotimes

Income taxes are not slavery. Or even CLOSE to slavery.

    Now, stop lying.

  • @RetSquid Read the Constitution. Government can not tax personal labor. Legally Lincoln was wrong: States can secede from the Union. Lincoln allowed troopers to enter any home without a court warrant and he cancelled the right of Habeaus Corpus and he jailed the legislature of Kansas for the duration of the war to keep the state in the union, Legally, Lincoln was a criminal.

  • The Constitution says that Congress can lay and collect taxes, it doesn't limit that to non-labor-income.

Kansas joined the Union just before the Civil War started, why would Lincoln even WANT to jail the legislature? (It never happened anyways.)

Lincoln's Habeaus Corpus decision is exactly what the Constitution said he could do. "The Privilege of the Writ of Habeas Corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in Cases of Rebellion or Invasion the public Safety may require it."

  • @RetSquid You are wrong. All this rughts are protected by the Constitution, the highest law of the land.

  • @xmenrus

    Which rights doyou mean?

  • @xmenrus Article 1, Section 8, Clause 1 of the Constitution. "The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;" This was left broad to allow for ANY tax. The 16th Amendment changed he characteristics for the taxation of labor to be without apportionment.

  • @zentner18 Between 1916 and 1932 the Supreme Court ruled 3 times that tax on personal income is unconstitutional. I've found about 12 rulings by higher courts supporting the judgements of the Supreme Court and the US Constitution. Moreover there is no law that says we have to pay persoanl income taxes. I saw Senator Reid last year when asked he said, "Paying personal taxes is voluntary." Write the IRS and ask them to send you a copy of the law. It doesn't exist.

  • @xmenrus Then please list the rulings for review. I, for one, have the entire IRC and the complete set of Federal Tax Regulations. So I don't really need the IRS to send me the law. Besides, it can be found on their website.

  • @xmenrus

Why don't you post even ONE of those 'cases'? BTW Reid is wrong, paying income tax is not voluntary. Go read Title 26.

  • @RetSquid I didn't deny that it was ratified, and yes you're right...my ignorance shows or I read it wrong from wikipedia.

  • Comment removed

  • @retsquid yes blatantly ignorant...i'll hand you that.

  • @kubush 16th amendment was not even officially ratified until later on...they sought the loophole where because your enabling something that was now an inalienable right, becomes justified in...well...enabling itself to serve the people. They needed enough cash to fund the civil war so what other way could you generate so much currency, I suppose that's one way to go about this explanation. I don't consider it myself to have "officially" been ratified, but yes indeed it has.

  • @marinefrenzy Yes, it was officially ratified.

  • @kubush Yes, I'm not denying that.

  • @marinefrenzy

You do know that it was ratified 40 years AFTER the Civil War? And every State agrees that it was ratified and the States are the ones who ratified it?

  • Comment removed

  • So, the income tax started, oddly. Now add in state, local, realestate, gas, % on your money, sales, tolls, license fee's, social security, medical, plus many more and I'd say your working for them. If they won't give you a 25% cut in your taxes don't vote for them.

  • What a load of crap. The 16th amendment means that the govt CAN levy an unapportioned tax. And it was ratified and has been tested in countless court cases. Not only that, nearly half of Americans don't pay ANY income taxes due to exemptions and deductions.

And the Internal Revenue Code is the law that requires people to pay taxes! Please don't listen to these idiots on the video. (as he said) Period.

  • Comment removed

  • There is not a shred of truth in this garbage.

First, the income tax isn't a direct tax.

Second, the power to impose an income tax doesn't come from the 16th Amendment, but from Article I, Section 8.

Third, there is a law imposing the tax. Just ask Irwin Schiff, Sherry Jackson, and the other con artists and losers who are in jail.

  • @prof5string An income tax is certainly a direct tax, probably the most direct tax of all since it cannot be shifted but must be paid by the person receiving the income. By specifying that direct taxes must be levied in accordance with the number of people, not upon what they produced, as in the days of ancient Egypt, an income tax was simply out of the question. It cannot be levied upon a man but must be levied upon what he receives.

Since the 16th Amendment authorizes an income tax without apportionment, it really does not matter what you call the tax.

  • @REALKalikokyle Over 100 years ago the Supreme Court rejected the notion that a direct tax is one that can't be shifted to someone else. See Knowlton v. Moore, 178 U.S. 41 (1900). In addition, the 16th Amendment says that income taxes needn't be apportioned.

  • How can the average worker get out of paying taxes, when it is taken directly out of their pay check before they even get it.

  • @aarontile61

You can't get out of paying taxes. Its the law. If you have over paid then you will be given a refund.

  • well I disagree with the income tax but I still pay it as I dont want to go to jail or get fines.
