I drive a 2012 Shelby and really love it. Have always driven Corvettes till now. I don't think, however, the 2013 Shelby will dethrone the ZR-1. I am pretty confident it'll take down the ZO6 but the ZR-1 is awfully well set up to get taken down by basically 100 more hp and a few extra performance bits.

@02mustangguy i thought they said the 11-12 supersnake put out 800 HP... if thats the case then the 13 (if they make it) will be a monster... probably 850... thats insane... it would more than likely do 215 mph if not 220...
if the 2011-2012 gt500 put out 550hp and the 2011-2012 gt500 supersnake put out 750hp then what will the 2013 gt500 supersnake put out if the base model gt500 puts out 650hp... Hmmmmmm can't wait to find out. I'm thinking it'll be around 800-850hp
I just wish they would do more styling wise, both saleen/sms and roush (mainly saleen) really enhances the look of their cars with carbon fiber body panels thats more than just looks but primarly functional.
My Challenger hennessy vmod can smoke the Corvette z06 easily I never tried a zr1
