Something I loved about this movie was the casting choice for the main characters. The actors have a very "un hollywood" look to them. Instead they look very typical, like a couple of people you would see at the laundromat some afternoon. I dont think it would have been as good a movie if they selected a conventional "pretty boy" and "pretty girl" actor.

Authenticity before aesthetics.
