Baltimore, April, a transgender woman was beaten up by 2 young girls to the point of unconsciousness and causing a seizure. Employees were fired because they didn't step in to stop it. I worked at Mcdonalds for a while and was regularly at the brunt of peoples aggression. I was in Manchester the other night and witnessed an extremely drunk women hurling abuse at the staff, I'm amazed they managed to stay calm, they're better people than am I. Long story short, these guys are just there to serve you food, it's not in their job description to deal with your abuse. Can't blame that guy for smacking the people who jumped behind the desk, they could have been robbing the place.
