Andres Duany is a con artist and elitist...if you care about the future of natural land and social space, don't listen to this idiot. People like him caused the collapse and the impoverishing of millions. He is not a real academic or leader in the subject of environmental or urban planning... He seems like a closet racist too when you hear his rhetoric...

@unifikation So are you implying that suburban SPRAWL cares about "natural land" and "social space"?? What the hell are you smoking? The opposite of what Duany is proposing is SPRAWL, and all that does it pave over every square inch of natural land with tract homes, parking lots, and strip malls... while density PRESERVES the outlying natural areas.
