Contrary to popular belief, a person who wants to leave Islam won't get killed immediately. He will be given consultation, advices and will be repeatedly asked to return to Islam. This is done to ensure that the person gets back his faith that might have been manipulated by other persons/mass media/etc. The FINAL step is killing but this is only done if the person is BENT on leaving Islam.

@Mastewalful Hello, in regard to your questions, 1- To be a Muslim you must believe in every single prophet sent before Muhammad, like for example Jesus Christ, Moses and Ibrahim. 2- Arabic is how the Quran was revealed and the Quran is the literal word of God and you can not translate the word of God, so, this is why every non Arab Muslim must learn a little bit of Arabic in order to recite a few verses of Quran in prayer.
