My dad just uses green onion cilantro lemon chilie and sometimes meat and mix it with the rice patty. We dont do all that meat with rice and fish oil. There are many verieties how to make it. I dont know what meathod ill use in the future
I'm Lao and this is different, usually we add shredded coconut add egg an ball it up n deep fry making sure it's not too wet. Then we crumble the rice ball up and add the ingredients. But kudos to u for trying
just curious if you could make a video how to make simple kimchi cause the other videos are slightly a bit too hard for me to understand and make. Thanks
hi jay! What a coincidence! i just watched your video few minutes ago. hehe crispy rice patties sounds delish :D you know many different kinds of foods (even japanese)!!! and your videos are always nice and clear like professional ones.
Hi Jay ! I'm so happy that you know this lao dish. I'm Lao ! But we don't really do it like this... However your recipe looks great ! I wanted to film myself cooking for a long time... I'll try to do it one day and let you know how my mother prepare this traditionnal lao dish. Thanks for sharing ! Keep it up !
@eleonoy Yeah, I have seen many different recipes for this dish. I made my pork like this since I can't get the sour pork. Some also use pork skin, which is delicious. I would love to see how you and your mother makes nam khao someday. Thank you!
Can you make a video on how to make khao pun if you didn't.?
