It's a very well made game, it's clear alot of time was put into it. They might just not have been able to turn a profit if they charged 400 Microsoft Points, and they're not about to run their company under because you don't really feel like you want to pay 1200 instead of 400. Consider other motives, rather than assuming the first one that comes to your mind.
i have since bought the game. and after playing through it i must say i was wrong about 400. mabye 1000 or even 800 would have been a fairer price (i wish the content sharing reached beyond your friends list)
i play on the low graphics setting and its so addictive i really reccomend this game to everyone and its worth 6 quid of anyones money i play it everyday its just addictice and dont worry about the graphics the gameplay is what is important
I have played the demo, it is pretty fun but its a shame its only 2 levels on easy i think they should put at least one level in medium hard expert, then alot of people would buy the game.

actually those physics are pretty weird, the props are moving 3d but your bike is riding 2d if you know what i mean
