well as we all know cats and dogs lick their behinds and then lick and bite their whole body or ours. so just by touching their bodies and not washing our hands. or when they lick us and not wash the licked part of our body. we can accidently swallow the parecite. VERY IMPORTANT DONT LET PETS LICK YOUR MOUTH. now u know why parents always tell us this. there is over 1000 diferent paracites in pork, cats, and dogs guts.

It shouldn't be A) don't eat undercooked pork. It should be DONT EAT ANY PORK AT ALL. Like, Pork isn't even good for you. It's Dangerously FULL of Fat, and Parasites and others. Our Caff at school doesent even serve pork now. :) and I live in Canada. (Ottawa) :D

Relatively recently discovered: Toxoplasma isn't as harmless as we've thought. Not only is it a risk for a pregnant woman (her baby). It also affects the host's behaviour, makes his reactions slower (as it does in the mice so it's more likely to get killed by the cat), it can turn a male into an introvert and make a girl promiscuous etc etc. I'm sure you'll find more if you'll look on the web:-)
