Why did max Wright hated the whole alf thing in the end..?

From what I've read, the filming was a nightmare and impacted his marriage: 18-25 hours for a 30 minute show so they couldn't really work on other shows; sets were really hot and hazardous because of the set traps to move ALF; Max Wright also played second fiddle to a puppet, who got the best lines and the long hours were apparently a strain on his marriage. There's a site that has this information, I'll see if I can find it and I'll PM the link to you.

Thanks so much for uploading ALF. I have been so happy watching your videos of ALF with my youngest son. We watched the original run years ago with our much older boys. The humour never dates, it is still just as entertaining.
