  • it works for me, i felt the different...... u gotta lie down and put both ur hands on ur belly u wanna press down slowly as u breath in and slowly release breath out, 1 hand then switch to the other hand or both hands press at the same time and focus on your breathing not your days or whatever.... deep breath and feel the carbon-dioxide beimg return out from ur lungs :D good luck

  • Thanks for this. This works well for me, but I have to keep reminding myself to stop thinking about other things too e.g work, things I'm doing the next day etc.

  • this doesnt work for me unfortunately :( I stayed up for a half an hour and i didnt feel tired and i couldent sleep :(
