I have played with many Bungie employees aswell, I got Recon for beating them and I find it funny when people still think its a helmet called "Flaming Recon" or "Flaming Hayabusa". I thought everyone knew its a chest piece called "Bungie" and it makes the helmet flaming.
i met this guy in matchmaking a while ago. his GT was Spase, when i asked him how he got recon he said he and some friends made Master Chief helmets and armor, they met up with some bungie guys and they liked it.
when long shore and other maps come out with odst you can get recon by getting the skulls on the maps /mithic and getting all vid masters Key they dont give gamer

BUngies helmets dont actually have the flame. it's the body. i and many of my friends ave played with BUngie employees.

You have to be and employee of Bungie to get Flaming helmets. It's not specific to helmet permutation, the flames are on all helmets if they choose.
They could have flames on Recon, Hyabusa, CQB, or original MK V if they wanted...
Recon is however for Bungie employees ONLY, or people they have given it to.
