I use the SilverStone PLA12025B12HH-LV 120mm variable speed fans on my rad. I first bought them to use on my Thermalright GTX heatsinks for my GTX280's. Love these fans. Wish I could find more of this model.
I have The R121225BU fans aswell. In this video response I have one with blue leds branded Gigabyte. I also have a all white one like yours aswell Which I will do a video of sometime. They are powerfull fans to.
