I used one of these on my phone, I have a Pantech Ease phone with AT&T and these phones are notorious for crappy reception. Would usually get anything from no bars to at most 2 bars no matter where I was at, it's just a bad design I guess. After trimming it down once I took it out of the package, careful not to cut into the antenna, I placed it under the battery and have been getting 3 bars now almost constantly. So in my case it actually helped, depends on your specific phone I guess.
@matcauth10 i know to put it under the battery where do you put it at exactly though because i have the ease and dont know which way and where to put it thanks.
The phone with the so-called booster started out about with the same 2 bars, then gradually creeped up as you moved it around. You didn't move the original phone around when it showed 2 bars.
The thing is that it must be in the same direction as the internal antenna. Most of them dont realise this and stick it in upside facing top of phone. It was ok with conventional old phones. Nowadays phones come in different designs and so the position of internal antenna must be known. Also some people mistake GPS antenna or FM antenna for the internal antenna. New phones have all of them and they may be at different positions. Refer your phone manual or search it out on internet

where can i buy them at??

It is 100% legal. It is an mobile enhancement. It attracts stray signals and so you get more reception range.
Any one who uses mobile would love love to have better reception range and you use an enhancement product for that. What is illegal in it??
anand2360375 1 year ago
@anand2360375 I see.
