The hiccups, of course! I usually get hiccups from Naga/Jolokia and Habanero varieties, but not from extracts. I did get them from an extract-based sauce called Spontaneous Combustion, though. Excellent job bearing the caning pain of extracts, which are not my bag, either in the flavor or burn sensation departments. Anyway, if you get a chance, check out my channel.
