too cute. No my elkhound is not very fond of water. When it rains she won't even go outside to go potty, unless it's been HOURS and HOURS! LOL

does any one else's elkhound LIVE for water? our will swim no matter what the temp. considering we live in vermont....the water gets quite cold. we know if we walk by water or even see it from the path he will want to go in. loves water! well except bathes.

i have an elkhound named keno. he looks like that, only keno is fat and stubborn. But elkhounds are nice, and i still love keno.
